The vision for Penryn has always been to be a model of best practice, the beacon school, to raise the bar and to allow for access to quality education for all children. This is how Penreach came to be.

Penryn is distinctly Lowveld – a place of beauty and hope, with magnificent views as far as the eye can see.
The campus is situated among bushveld trees, inhabited by indigenous birdlife, on Boschrand ridge overlooking Mbombela (Nelspruit) and the Crocodile River Valley in Mpumalanga, South Africa.

Penryn’s scholars are part of the Penryn family for life. It does not matter who you are or where you came from, at Penryn we have a sense of belonging that enables our scholars to find themselves.

Our dance programme is offered as an extra mural through our Culture programme at College level from Grade 8 through 12.

Speech & Drama encompasses a variety of disciplines, including the performing arts, public speaking and debating.

In person, tour, Heads meeting and possible assessment. All assessments are determined by our Heads of Academics.

  • You Get Ready

Parent/guardian will receive an acceptance letter and will be required to pay the once-off, non-refundable entrance fee to secure your child’s place. Note: Placement is only secure once proof of payment is received by jhood@penryn.co.za.

Admissions

You may apply to Penryn at any time following the birth of your child. We accept children from age two into Grade 0000, the year they turn three, up to children turning 18 in their Grade 11 year.
